Terms of Use

These Terms of Use govern your use of Qero VPN and the Qero VPN mobile application. By downloading, accessing, or using the app, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the app.

تحكم شروط الاستخدام هذه استخدامك لـ Qero VPN وتطبيق الهاتف المحمول. عبر تنزيل التطبيق أو الوصول إليه أو استخدامه، فإنك توافق على الالتزام بهذه الشروط. إذا لم توافق، فلا تستخدم التطبيق.

1. Service Description

Qero VPN provides an encrypted VPN connection designed to help you browse more privately and securely. The service is intended to support a more private internet experience on compatible iOS devices. Service availability may vary by region, network, and server load.

يوفر Qero VPN اتصال VPN مشفّرًا مصمّمًا لمساعدتك على التصفح بشكل أكثر خصوصية وأمانًا. تهدف الخدمة إلى دعم تجربة إنترنت أكثر خصوصية على أجهزة iOS المتوافقة. قد يختلف توفر الخدمة حسب المنطقة والشبكة وحمل الخادم.

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your country) to use the app, or have permission from a parent or legal guardian.

• Distribute malware, attempt unauthorized access, or perform network attacks.
• Send spam, phishing content, or abusive automated traffic.
• Infringe intellectual property rights or violate third-party rights.

• القيام بأنشطة غير قانونية أو مخالفة الأنظمة واللوائح المعمول بها.
• نشر البرمجيات الخبيثة أو محاولة الوصول غير المصرّح به أو تنفيذ هجمات على الشبكة.

• انتهاك حقوق الملكية الفكرية أو حقوق الأطراف الأخرى.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Qero VPN offers auto-renewable subscription plans. Subscription options, pricing, and duration are displayed in the app before purchase. All billing is processed by Apple App Store. Prices may vary by region and are confirmed by Apple before any purchase.

يوفر Qero VPN خطط اشتراك متجددة تلقائيًا. يتم عرض خيارات الاشتراك والأسعار والمدة داخل التطبيق قبل إتمام الشراء. تتم جميع عمليات الفوترة عبر Apple App Store. قد تختلف الأسعار حسب المنطقة ويتم تأكيدها من قِبل Apple قبل أي عملية شراء.

For iOS users, payment is charged to your Apple ID at confirmation of purchase. Subscriptions auto-renew unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current period. To cancel, go to Settings → Your Name → Subscriptions on your device. Deleting the app does not cancel your subscription.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled exclusively by Apple in accordance with their policies. We are unable to issue refunds directly. Please contact Apple Support for refund requests.

The service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not guarantee uninterrupted access, specific speeds, or availability in all locations. Performance may vary based on network conditions, device capabilities, and regional factors.

The app, branding, and all related content are owned by Qero VPN or its licensors and are protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or reverse-engineer the app except as permitted by law.

التطبيق والعلامة التجارية وكافة المحتويات ذات الصلة مملوكة لـ Qero VPN أو المرخّصين لها ومحمية بموجب قوانين الملكية الفكرية. لا يجوز نسخ التطبيق أو تعديله أو توزيعه أو إجراء هندسة عكسية له إلا بالقدر الذي يسمح به القانون.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the service if you violate these Terms. You may stop using the app at any time, but remain responsible for any charges incurred through your subscription until it is canceled.

قد نعلّق أو ننهي الوصول إلى الخدمة إذا خالفت هذه الشروط. يمكنك التوقف عن استخدام التطبيق في أي وقت، لكنك تظل مسؤولًا عن أي رسوم ناتجة عن الاشتراك حتى يتم إلغاؤه.

10. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the app after changes become effective constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
